Greenwoods Bed & Breakfast Inn welcomes all responsible guests regardless of their race, religion, ethnic origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We will never impose our personal religious, political, or social convictions on any of our guests or create an environment where such closely held convictions of our guests may feel unwelcome. Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

A valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

  • You will be charged a $25.00 per room processing fee for all cancellations or date changes. You may cancel or change the date of a reservation 14 days prior to arrival. For cancellations or date changes within 14 days of arrival, you will be held responsible for all room charges unless we are able to rebook the room.
  • For extended stays of 4 or more days, a 30-day cancellation notice is required, or you will be responsible for all room charges if we are unable to rebook the room.
  • For groups with three or more rooms, a 50% deposit is required. Deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival, less $25.00 per room processing fee. You will be responsible for all room charges if we are not able to rebook all rooms for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
  • Deposit and Cancellation policies apply to all gift certificate reservations.

Check-in / Check-out:

  • Guests are received for check-in between the hours of 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Late arrivals will not be accepted without prior arrangement.

  • Check-out is 11:00 AM

Additional Policies:

  • Accommodations are not suitable for children under the age of 12.
  • Greenwoods Bed & Breakfast Inn is a Non-Smoking facility with limited designated outdoor smoking areas available.
  • We are not able to accommodate pets.

When users elect to make online reservations, users are required to supply certain personal information. This information is used to verify your identity and secure your booking. We only utilize your email addresses in pre-stay and post-stay communication. We will maintain this information in accordance with our strict confidentiality standards.

We will continue to make every effort to meet evolving accessibility standards.

Currently our reservation system does not meet AA standards of WCAG 2.0. This is something we will continue to address with our reservation company, so that it too will be accessible to people with disabilities in the future.
