We've created several common guest areas in our Finger Lakes inn for your enjoyment. Curl up with a book in the library loft, enjoy the panoramic landscape from the viewing loft, or relax by the fireplace in the main gathering room. Our receiving room is outfitted with maps, brochures, and travel guides to help you plan your day.
You'll especially enjoy sipping your breakfast tea or coffee by the fireplace in the breakfast room. Choose a delicious full breakfast from our menu, which changes daily. We will be happy to accommodate special dietary requirements with advanced notice.
All of our guestrooms feature queen-size feather beds and in-suite private baths with tub/shower combination. You will also find our amenities to include robes, slippers, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, central heat and A/C, and cable TV. Wi-Fi Internet service is available throughout the house.

Augusta's Room - This large room, done in yellows and blues, will transport you to a sunny country garden. A woodland view peeks through the window, which is framed in pickled-pine shutters, with matching headboard and armoire. An additional wicker day bed is the perfect spot to curl up with a good book or provides a second sleeping area for those requiring two beds. Located on the upper level just a few steps from the library and viewing loft.

Isabel's Room is Scandinavian-country and features Waverly's blue and white ticking wallpaper and fabric. Battenberg linens, hooked rugs, quilts, and curtains are in various patterns of blue and white and complement the pickled-pine log walls. The room is furnished with light maple antiques, decorated with song birds, and offers scenic lake/valley views. |

Gabby's Room is a luxurious two-room suite with exposed log walls and knotty pine paneling for a rustic ambiance. A see-through fireplace, visible from both the bedroom and the sitting room, creates a romantic setting. Warm shades of brown, burgundy, and green are all illuminated by the light from the large windows with a woodland view.

The Comstock Room is a large Adirondack-style room featuring Bob Timberlake wall-coverings in black and white country checks and scenic calligraphy wall border. An intimate sitting area in front of the fireplace and the black iron canopy bed, with a cozy comforter covered with a fleece duvet, set the mood. Located on the top level, this room offers breathtaking views.

The Timberlake Room is an Adirondack-style retreat. This spacious room features a log canopy bed and pinecone wall coverings by Bob Timberlake. The en-suite butler's pantry offers the convenience of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, as well as a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks at your fingertips. A comfortable seating area with fireplace and lots of windows to view the flowers and fields. It has its own entrance with foyer and deck area. Enjoy the coziness of this large guest room as you relive the day's adventures.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. You can make a date change or cancel a reservation 14 days prior to arrival. For cancellations or date changes within 14 days of arrival, you will be responsible for all room charges unless we are able to rebook the room. There is a $25.00 fee for all cancellations or date changes. All policies apply to gift certificate reservations.
